Alicia Jacobs: Sin City’s Most Wanted or Not

Is Alicia Jacobs, cast member on Sin City Rules, Sin City’s Most Wanted or Not, you be the judge.

For those of us who have tuned into Sin City Rules on TLC and the Twitter drama between the ladies, it’s no secret that there are problems among the cast.  The biggest mudslinger among the cast has been Lana Fuchs and her team of Twitter followers.

Shortly after TVFishbowl.com brought you information that supports the claim by Norm Clarke that Lana has been buying Twitter Followers we began receiving tweets from @PinkandRosey, looking at their Twitter account it appears that they’re one of Lana’s paid followers.

@PinkandRosey joined Twitter in May 2009, tweeted once on May 14, 2009, and has been quiet up until December 12, 2012, at which time she/he started tweeting disparaging remarks to Lana about Alicia.  Looking through their timeline, every tweet since December 12, 2012, has bashed or made allegations against Alicia Jacobs.  @PinkandRosey  has tagged Lana Fuchs in all their tweets bashing Alicia.  Shortly after we ran the Lana Fuchs or Lana Fakes story, @PinkandRosey started including @TVFishbowl in their tweets.

Angel-Pink-ClaimsI’ll be honest we ignored the allegations in their tweets because the articles they linked to contained outdated information, it was old news!

This morning I received a call from someone claiming that Alicia has outstanding warrants for her arrest.  I had remembered previously seeing something about this, but there was nothing to back up the claims.  Where did I see this information?  Ah ha, @PinkandRosey had tweeted to Lana on December 13, 2012 that Alicia had warrants.

Well now I needed to do a little digging, two different people making claims of arrest warrants puts a little more fire beneath the smoke.

A quick trip to the Clark County Courts website to search records shows that Alicia has a history of traffic and parking violations (mostly parking violations), dating back to 2000 in Clark County.  There are currently three open traffic cases pending against Alicia.

Warrants for Alicia were recalled and cleared by the court on September 28, 2012, the same day her attorney Denise L. Gentile filed a motion with the court (at this time TVFishbowl has been unable to obtain a copy of the motion filed).  Alicia and her attorney had ten days to appear in traffic court, according to the employee from the Clark County Courthouse we spoke with, Alicia nor her attorney appeared before the court.  Records obtained from the courts website indicate there’s still an outstanding fine of $1,385.00, this was confirmed by the courthouse employee.  The courthouse employee did state that it’s very likely another warrant will be issued.

Alicia also has outstanding fines in the amount of $485.00 due the court from a warrant that was recalled on July 29, 2011.  This is from a May 26, 2010 case, the courthouse employee could not answer why the warrant hasn’t been reissued.

Court records further show that Alicia was arrested on October 16, 2011, for driving on a suspended license.  See that little “A”  next to the statute (click the gallery image)?  According to the courthouse employee, the “A” indicates arrested.  In Nevada it’s an automatic arrest for driving on a suspended license.  The courthouse employee also confirmed that the charges are still outstanding in this case, but did not have an answer as to why there’s been no warrant reissued or an arrest made.

Are the claims by TeamLana, @PinkandRosey and the source who called us this morning true?  Yes and No.  While there is some legitimacy behind the claims, they’re not at all accurate.  Are there active warrants for arrest out on Alicia Jacobs?   At this time the answer is no!  Were there at one time warrants out for the arrest of Alicia Jacobs?  That answer is a resounding yes!

Thanks to Lana, her team, @PinkandRosey and the source that called this morning for teaching us a valuable lesson that where there’s smoke there is usually a spark or a small flame and sometimes a full on wildfire.

So there you have it folks, if you’re going to apply to be on a reality show make sure you clear up any dirt that may be lurking in your closet.
