Facebook ran an ad last month with Eminem’s song ‘Under the Influence.’ Mark Zuckerberg used the ad in a webcast by to announce a new interface for Android phones called Facebook Home. Eminem’s music company, Eight Mile Style is suing Facebook and an ad agency, saying they copied music from Enimem’s song.
