Our summer addiction just got better. CBS has announced that Big Brother 15 will be 2 weeks longer than seasons past, with the premiere date being Wednesday, June 26 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT).
There is also a weekly broadcast schedule change this year. BIG BROTHER will be broadcast three nights weekly — Tuesdays (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT, beginning July 2), the LIVE eviction show hosted by Julie Chen will be broadcast on Wednesdays (9:00-10:00 PM live ET/delayed PT, beginning July 3) and Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT, beginning June 30). The Wednesday live eviction show will move to 8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT on July 17 after the reality baking series completes its season order.
Assumptions are that the Finale will still coincide with the premiere of Survivor in September. Perhaps the extra two weeks in the beginning will allow us to finally see what happens those first weeks as they enter the house and make initial alliances and get to know each other. We’ve always missed out on that early stage. Maybe CBS has finally heard our pleas to actually see them from the day they actually enter the house. Sure hope the live feeds will be extended as well.

Just what we all need, a longer Big Brother season!
Joy, it just gives those of us who watch live feeds an extra 2 weeks of Twitter ammo!
That’s a good news. I hope, they would be bringing in some hot celebs this time.
