Chef Bernie fights back against Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband Paul Nassif’s lawsuit that TVFishbowl reported on earlier this week.
“Paul is a 50-year-old man acting like a little boy,” Bernie tells RadarOnline about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filing a lawsuit against him, alleging blackmail and extortion.
“He is trying to silence the violence and I’m not going to let him.”
You remember the pictures that were floating around the net of a battered and bruised Adrienne allegedly at the hands of Dr. Paul that Bernie posted on his Facebook wall with the statement: “Now you know who and what he (Nassif) really is. Adrienne Maloof was pushed to the ground. Punched and beaten. He (Nassif) is a beast.”
Paul contends in his lawsuit filed in Los Angeles that the statements by Bernie were “outrageous and vicious lies,” and that he’s received text messages from Bernie that are alleged to read: “Stop threatening me. Have you forgotten I witnessed you beat your wife, kids & animals. I have plenty of family photos, some not so pretty. Stop telling Gavin nasty things about me. Everyone has moved on, stay away, I LOVE those kids more than you. Enough is enough,” the exact wording of the text messages are not contained in court documents.
Bernie plans to fight the lawsuit, claiming that his cousin and mom were victims of domestic violence, he’s not going to allow the violence to continue. Dr. Paul is seeking an injunction to prevent Guzman from making any further statements about him, is seeking punitive damages in an amount sufficient to punish Guzman, and other costs.

That looked like a rash (the abuse pics). Remember Season 1 Episode 1 when Adrienne was doing her “kung fu take down” A said Paul wouldn’t do another b/c she threw put his back.
I find it funny that A never spoke up about it either.
