Lana Fakes Fuchs’ Billionaire Mafia, LLC sued for logo and trademark infringement.

Billionaire-Mafia-LOGOPelle Pelle, Inc. has sued Lana Fuchs’ Billionaire Mafia, LLC in the Unite States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division for unfair competition and trademark infringement.  Pelle Pelle, Inc. uses a logo of the letter “M” superimposed on the letter “B,” Lana’s Billionaire Mafia, LLC uses a very similar logo using the same letters.

  • Lana tried to have the suit dismissed, the judge denied the dismal finding the evidence provided by the Plaintiff sufficient.
  • Lana then tried to have the trial moved from District Court for Michigan to the District Court for Nevada, again denied by the judge, finding that Billionaire Mafia’s interests did not outweigh Pelle Pelle, Inc’s.

Basically the suit was upheld by the courts because Lana’s Billionaire Mafia used a similar logo, advertising, marketing and promotional materials and was selling products in the state of Michigan that were confusingly similar to Pelle Pelle, Inc.

This just keeps getting better and better, she’s certainly not what she’s trying to portray on Sin City Rules!
