The fun kicks off on June 25 with White’s sassy senior pranksters directing traffic inside a grocery store, giving movie-goers bad reviews of the movies they are about to see, and cutting loose at an arcade on a follow-along dance machine.   Also, one senior gives a young girl a ticket for an absurd violation involving a statue, while another blows bubbles on unsuspecting shoppers.

Then it’s time for the season 2 finale on July 9, with special guest star and seven-time Emmy Award winner Ed Asner.  First, he plays a lusty suitor of Betty White’s who she meets through online dating, and then later, appears as the prize White brings home from a charity auction.  Also this week, an elderly woman enlists a stranger’s help to check off her “bucket list” wish to take a nude photo of herself, and two senior tricksters provide a celebratory martini to a jogger as she finishes her run.  Plus, a man’s dentures accidentally fall into a cup of coffee he is supposed to be holding for someone, and a female prankster at a train station sneezes into her husband’s ashes, blowing them on to the horrified stranger sitting next to her. Also this week, the funniest viewer-submitted pranks — winners of the “Off Their Rockers Prankster’s Challenge” — are shown along with the winners’ names and hometowns.  

If you have never seen this show- I HIGHLY recommend it. It is truly hysterical!

Big Brother 15 Kitchen

Well Big Brother fans your wait is over, tonight DreamersVids released the Big Brother 15 house reveal with Julie Chen from her appearance on ET tonight.  

Here are a few hints from Julie about what we can expect from this season of Big Brother:

• Theme Mid-Century Modern, 60′s MadMen feel, they want this to inspire the house guests to be the architects of their own came
• The two nomination chairs are gone, which has to do with this summer’s Big Brother twist
• 16  house guests
• The new bathroom looks like a spa/sauna 
• The lounge has a cocktail table and Julie says all the best deals are made over cocktails.  A place where new alliances and relationships will take off! 
• The Twist: America will play a much bigger role this summer  and it will affect the game because it’s going to affect nominations every week. 
• America will be asked to something before the game even starts that will affect nominations.
• Out of the 16 new house guests there will be one familiar face, but it’s not what we think! 

Check out the video below for a complete house tour with Julie Chen.  Personally I’m loving the look and feel of house.  I like that Big Brother is sort of going back to its roots by allowing America to have a “say” in nominations.  The only thing I don’t particularly care for is the familiar face, will it be someone from Survivor or The Amazing Race?

Big Brother 15 fans are all on the edge of their seats today waiting for the Big Brother 15 reveal, according to this tweet from Robyn Cass we won’t see anything until later in the week.

As we said in yesterday’s Big Brother 15 Round-up I don’t believe we’ll see the house reveal or houseguest bios until after they’re in the house.  My conservative guess and based on previous years statements by previous house guests that the first HOH is 13 to 14 days long that puts them entering the house Wednesday or Thursday.  If they enter Wednesday expect a Thursday reveal and a Friday reveal if they enter on Thursday. The only folks who might have a more firm date are those who have been selected to interview the house guests.  

Now lets talk about the 100 days of summer.  Assuming house guests enter Wednesday and the finale is September 18th, that’s only 91 days of summer, we’ll only have 84 aired shows.  In order to have a true 100 days of summer (aired shows), the finale would have to be September 27th, which is a Friday night and I just don’t see CBS changing the regular schedule for the finale airing.  Thanks to @UGotBronx for initially pointing out the numbers.

With Survivor premiering on Wednesday, September 18th, in the 8-9:30 time slot I think we can pretty much rule that out as finale night.  CBS has always used the finale of one show to lead into the premier of another show, they want to capture that lead-in audience base to help premier night ratings.  So the question is when will the Big Brother 15 finale air?

Well we’re ten days away from the premiere of Big Brother 15, so here’s your round-up of everything that is floating around the inter-webs.

1. I think we can rule out the mother and son team rumor.  After watching BBUK, I believe that rumor was started with the mother and daughter team of Charlie and Jackie.  I don’t see CBS or Allison Grodner doing something similar at the same time.
2. I also believe we can discount the Survivor and The Amazing Race rumor as well, while they may have selected house guests from casting calls of both shows, I don’t believe we’ll see previous Survivor or TAR contestants in the Big Brother house.
3. During a #TalkLiveChat where Big Brother Host Julie Chen takes questions from Twitter followers, Julie stated that “the twist makes it a no floater summer! #BigBrother.”  How are they going to control there being no floaters? 
4. Even in seasons when the had teams, floaters always managed to pop-up.  Floaters have been an integral part of the Big Brother game for as long as I can remember.  My guess is that premiere night the house guests will be paired or teamed up.
5. Because of the release of the picture above & below showing Julie Chen looking over a fence a new rumor has surfaced that we’re going to enjoy a double Big Brother house and at a certain point in the game the houses will merge.  I’m calling BS on this rumor too.  Having spent some time up on the CBS Studio Lot, there’s just isn’t any room for them to build another house.  The Hot In Cleveland studio is right next door and the house backs up to a service road and flood control channel. For reference on how the CBS Studios have grown take a look at the original Big Brother house from season one.
6. As we all know Big Brother Media day occurred this past Monday, yet no information or picture leaks have surfaced.  Everyone wants to know what’s going on, why is everything so tight-lipped?  I think CBS is trying to prevent all the leaks that happened last year, this is what I can tell you Media Day info will be released shortly after the house guests are announced and enter the house. 
7. Eviction night has moved to Wednesday, with the first live eviction being July 3rd, but this doesn’t mean we won’t see one or more house guests evicted premiere night.

This is just pure speculation on my part, CBS is telling us that this is going to be the biggest season of Big Brother ever.  With Big Brother 14 we saw Jodi Rollins evicted the first night, that cast had 16 house guests.  Even if they increase the number of house guests by 2, there’s still not enough room in the house for everyone to sleep, and as we know, sleeping is only permitted in the bedrooms.  

If the rumor of 20 house guests is correct, I believe we’ll see more than one person evicted during the premiere.  Will they be evicted and sent home or will they be sent to sequester and possibly enter the game at a later date?  Or, does rumor number 7 from last week hold true, not all house guests will enter the Big Brother house during the premiere?  The answer to that question is anyone’s guess, what do you think will happen?  Sound off in the comments to let us know your thoughts.

Kim Kardashian, 32, and the Grammy-winning rapper, Kanye West 36, welcomed their baby girl at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, sources tell us the early birth was due to complications.  

Unsure of the exact circumstances of the delivery a friend tells TVFishbowl that “Kim wasn’t feeling well last night, and it’s possible that’s was forced her into premature labor.”  The baby girl is the first child for the 32-year-old Kardashian.

“Kim had her baby,” a hospital source told Us. “She’s five weeks early. Kim got sick last night and had the baby early. They’re all doing great and amazing!”

Kanye West has to be having the best Father’s Day weekend ever! 

“I’ll be here in NYC,” Lachey, dad to 9-month-old son Camden with wife Vanessa Lachey, shared with Us Magazine at the Sing Your Way to Father’s Day event at Toys ‘R’ Us in New York City on June 12. “We have a show in Brooklyn that night so he’ll be here with me and my wife. I’m sure she’s got something up her sleeve, but I’m the last to know.” 

The messages read, “All this has been an act and you know it! I am an actress and know what I am doing. I got to 2 million followers and now everyone wants me, I am smart and not stupid. Everyone mentions my name. The world loves me!”

Most of you know I am a big Reality TV junkie, so when I need an escape from reality, I turn to The Exes for my break.  Nothing beats a great show that hands you fantastic one-liners with a little innuendo on a silver platter.  In my opinion the best one-liner from the premiere episode comes courtesy of Wayne Knight,  ”If I rebuild it, she will come.”

I had the opportunity to attend the April 24th taping of The Exes: Trading Places episode, and I have to say I have not laughed that hard in a long time. What impressed me most during the taping were the stars, they interacted with the audience.  Donald the “practical joker” of the cast kept us laughing during the down times, and Kristen joined the audience for a brief question and answer session.

“The Exes” revolves around three divorced men: Ladies’ man Phil (Donald Faison), homebody Haskell (Wayne Knight) and newly single — and needy — Stuart (David Alan Basche). The men live together in an apartment across the hall from their divorce attorney, Holly (Kristen Johnston), who also happens to be their landlord. Holly avoids her own relationship and commitment issues by becoming immersed in the men’s affairs as they put their lives back together and return to the dating scene.

K Jo’s Summer Steak Salad

Marinade ingredients:

• 1 cup soy sauce
• 2/3 cup sugar
• ¼ cup oil
• ¼ cup water
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
• 1 tablespoon sesame seed
• 1 tablespoon chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
• ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
• ½ teaspoon sesame oil
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon ginger powder
• 2 garlic cloves halved
• Any choice of steak

Salad ingredients:

• 1 lemon, juiced
• ½ cup White wine vinegar
• ¼ cup Olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 3 tablespoons Pine nuts, toasted
• 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 bunch Arugula

Directions:

Steak:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, water, chopped fresh garlic, sesame seed, chopped onion, fresh ginger, granulated garlic, sesame oil, onion powder, ginger powder.

Pour marinade into a large zip lock bag, add garlic and steaks and refrigerate overnight.

Grill steaks to desired doneness…let rest for 5 minutes before slicing

Salad:

For salad dressing, whisk together lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard. 

Coat arugula with dressing, garnish with pine nuts & red onion.  Place sliced steak directly on the salad and serve.

E! News can exclusively reveal that their kids are named Poppy and Charlie.

Moyer referred to them by their names Tuesday night at the season six premiere screening of True Blood in Hollywood.

After mentioning that his 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, Lilac, was leaving for sleep-away camp this weekend, Moyer said he and Paquin planned on spending Father’s Day “hanging out with Charlie and Poppy.”

Paquin said she does have a Father’s Day “surprise” for Moyer, but wouldn’t spill on details. “I can’t tell you because that would ruin the surprise,” she laughed before adding, “I don’t know about [it being a] big surprise, but yes, there are plans.”

Big or small, we’re sure Moyer will love every bit of it.

“I have no idea why Brooks is here,” Vicki tells the camera. “We’re kind of at an icky place in our relationship. Does he love me, does he not love me? Are we dating, are we not dating?”

While Heather Dubrow walk comment on how nice it is to see Brooks and Vicki together, Lauri Peterson and Tamra Barney watch from afar with judgements of their own.

“I didn’t know they were still together,” says Lauri.

“He’s out on the town,” Tamra tells Lauri. “Big time, whatever you’ve heard I’ve heard.”

At that point, Lauri reveals Brooks has been seeing a “stripper slash porn star” in addition to courting Vicki.

“One of our daughters came to me and said Brooks was dating one of her friends,” says Lauri to the camera. “This friend of my daughter’s, she gets paid to do some very questionable activities.”

Looking on at Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers having a good time, Lauri says, “Honey, if you really only knew who you were with.”

Tamra fumes over the revelation about Vicki’s apparently slimy beau.

“I’ve known there was something you just can’t trust about this guy,” she tells the camera. “And now, to hear he’s out with young girls? I really feel sorry for Vicki.”

“Brooklyn DA” is a six-part news documentary series focusing on an eclectic group of men and women in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and their lives inside and outside of the courtroom.

In the fourth broadcast, prosecutors Patricia McNeill and Josh Hanshaft, who are so close they refer to each other as work spouses, detail their investigation into an illegal bone and body tissue harvesting business. One of the victims was legendary broadcaster Alistair Cooke. The case began in a Brooklyn funeral home where an oral surgeon took bones and tissue samples from corpses without permission and sold them to unsuspecting medical labs. The scam – which netted the doctor and his team millions of dollars – and eventually involved multiple funeral homes in 16 cities across the country.

Prosecutors Joe Alexis and Richard Farrell take on the strange case of a man who impersonated his dead mother to avoid losing a multi-million dollar home and access to his mother’s income. Meanwhile, Rackets Chief Mike Vecchione talks about the high-profile cases he’s prosecuted and also, for the first time, answers allegations of misconduct.

Oh, the best part is the title of the album,  can you guess the title?  It is ‘Duck The Halls,’ well that was almost too easy!

I normally avoid pageants like the plague, but…NENE!?! I might just watch this one for NeNe!!

Total Blackout moves to its new 9:30PM time slot beginning Tuesday, June 11, leading into Syfy’s nail-biting competition series Exit at 10PM (ET/PT).

In “Celebrity Blackout,” international music superstar Aubrey O’Day (Making the Band, Celebrity Apprentice) joins television host Bob Guiney (Showhouse Showdown, The Bachelor), and actors Erin Way (Alphas, Detroit 1-8-7) and Neil Grayston (Eureka, Wonderfalls) as they go head-to-head in pitch blackness playing Total Blackout for a  cause!  In a first for the series, all four contestants will participate in each of the show’s three challenges with an opportunity to win up to $15,000 for their individual charities.  Charities represented include Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (Guiney), Responsibility (O’Day), Lungevity (Way), and Doctors without Borders (Grayston).

Total Blackout is a half-hour, extreme game show in which contestants battle each other and their fears in a series of challenges played in complete darkness. Battleground Afghanistan looks inside the latest chapter of the Afghan conflict as seen by American Marines on the frontlines of the war. As tens of thousands of troops withdraw from Afghanistan, Capt. Ben Middendorf and his men of Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines — based at Camp Pendleton in San Diego — are staying behind to continue the fight. These Marines are taking the fight directly to the Taliban with a mission to locate, disrupt and destroy the enemy.

Sgt. Bryan Barrow says: “If we die it doesn’t matter. … Put it in your head that you’re already dead. That’ll take away the fear of dying; it’ll make it a lot easier on you. The Big Brother highlights will be hosted by Jeff Schroeder highlighting clips from previous season, plus clips from episodes never before seen.

Once you press on the blue “Tweet #CBSBigBrother” a new window or tab, depending on how you have your browser set-up, opens with the hashtag already inside the tweet box.  I don’t know if CBS is attempting to differentiate the live feed watchers from the three-times a week TV watchers, but on the main Big Brother 15 show page they show the hashtag as #BB15.

The Big Brother 15 house guests tab is pretty self-explanatory, if you look closely you can see a tile layout of pictures of the house guests, a sort of on-line memory wall.  I am sure, well as sure as I can be, that this area will function the same as the memory wall inside the house.  Once a houseguest is blindsided evicted their headshot will turn black and white.

Florida Georgia Line and Nelly will team up for the single “Cruise,” from “Here’s to the Good Times,” as part of the telecast.

Big Brother 12 alum Kristen Bitting lands a gig on The Perfect Score the CW’s newest dating show to premier Tuesday July 16, 2013. 

The Perfect Score is a new half-hour dating show coming to The CW this summer that aims to bring potential romance together and reward the recognition of good chemistry. Created by Scott St. John (executive producer of Deal or No Deal, Take It All, etc.) and produced by Fremantle, Perfect Score is touted as a combination of the traditional dating show and the modern game show.

Here is how The Perfect Score works, two friends will compete against one another in an effort to find the perfect match out of twelve potentials.  Each contestant and potential match have taken compatibility tests.  Each potential match is given a dollar figure that is unknown to the two friends, the greater the compatibility of the match, the higher the dollar figure that is attached.   The friend who picks the most compatible match with the highest dollar amount attached wins a pocket full of cash and goes on the date with the match.

Tamra And Eddie stars of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” get married this weekend, the ceremony will be the feature ending of Tamra’s OC Wedding.  As we previously reported Vicki is in and Gretchen is out of the wedding party. 

Tamra Barney exchanges vows with boyfriend Eddie Judge this weekend at the luxurious St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort (click for resort pictures), in Dana Point, CA.  The new three-part series “Tamra’s OC Wedding,” premiering Monday, September 2 at 8pm ET/PT will culminate with the St. Regis wedding.  Fans of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” have watched Tamra find true love and joy with Eddie, and will now have a front row seat at their California coast nuptials for three consecutive Mondays.

The couple, who got engaged last year in beautiful Bora Bora, will let viewers in on all of the festivities leading up to the big day – from a joint Las Vegas bachelor and bachelorette party to Tamra’s dress fittings for her three custom-made dresses, to the couple planning for the big day with their wedding coordinator. With only a few days to go, the pressure is on to pull off this fairy tale wedding, as Tamra balances running her own business, dealing with both sides of the family, and maintaining the peace amongst her boisterous fellow Housewives.

Oscar, Grammy, Emmy and three-time Golden Globe winner Cher will make a live appearance on the June 18 season finale of NBC’s musical competition series “The Voice.”

Cher will perform “Woman’s World,” the first single off her upcoming album of the same name that is due Sept. 24.  “Woman’s World” marks the first album in 12 years for Cher and her appearance on “The Voice” will be her first live TV performance in over a decade.

Her record-breaking 1998 single “Believe” reached No. 1 worldwide, selling more than 20 million copies. Her 325-show “Living Proof” tour (2003-05) played to more than 3 million fans and is the most successful tour by any female artist.

A winner of an Oscar (“Moonstruck”), Emmy (“Cher: The Farewell Tour”), Grammy (“Believe”) and three Golden Globes (“The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour,” “Silkwood,” “Moonstruck”), Cher has been an entertainment icon for nearly 50 years.

Cher is the only artist to have a No. 1 single on the Billboard pop charts in each of the last six decades.

Vicki took to Facebook this afternoon claiming that the lawsuit if frivolous and “This response will reveal my side of the story and the lack of truth that was told.”

Gildart Jackson Hosts Series as the Mansion Steward, Butler Giles

What do a former NFL cheerleader, a bounty hunter, a nurse and a flight attendant all have in common? They’re all putting their investigative skills to the test along with nine other guests in the new murder mystery competition, “Whodunnit?,” premiering Sunday, June 23 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

“Whodunnit?” is an interactive series that puts 13 amateur sleuths’ investigative skills to the test in a riveting mystery reality competition. Players will use a variety of crime scene investigation techniques to meticulously uncover evidence in a series of puzzling murders and to ultimately reveal who among them is the killer. Some players will form alliances in the competition, while others will choose to go it alone in their quest for the grand prize of $250,000. The contestants will be guests on a glamorous estate called Rue Manor with a steward, Butler Giles (Gildart Jackson), and each week must solve a new crime in order to advance in the game. Failure to solve the crime will lead to a player’s demise, until only three are left. In the final episode, one player will unmask the killer and take home the $250,000 prize.

Who tickles your fancy, sexually speaking, and why? Dr. Linda Papadopoulos (@DrLinda_P), a renowned behavioral psychologist in the United Kingdom, heads up an investigation into the science of arousal. “Men tend to be more visual than women when it comes to what they find enticing, which is partly to do with how men are socialized,” she says. “It’s interesting how sexual lures have adapted. For men, it’s become much more centered around the breasts … I guess the breasts are the new buttocks.”

Apart from arousal, Sex: How It Works looks at the male and female orgasm. Why is it that three-quarters of men regularly orgasm during sex, but less than a third of women do? To learn more, scientists in New Jersey are now using magnetic resonance imaging to study the brain during an orgasm. One test subject observes, “This isn’t the sexiest environment I’ve ever been in to have an orgasm … but donating an orgasm for science, how bad can that be?”

After examining the biological and physiological motivators for sex, Sex: How It Works delves into the various social and psychological circumstances that help — or hinder — a person’s ability to have sex. The special examines the dating habits of some self-proclaimed “players” who hit the town night after night in pursuit of their next sexual conquest. On the opposite end of the spectrum, we meet a 30-year-old virgin who is so afraid of approaching a woman that he has never been able to have a sexual relationship.

For others, the decision not to have sex is not a matter of fear. The special follows a couple who for religious reasons decide to abstain from sex until their wedding night; meets a young man who is physically incapable of sustaining an erection; and profiles a woman who identifies as asexual — someone who has no desire to have sexual intercourse.

Sex: How It Works also reveals the latest scientific research examining why some people prefer the opposite sex, the same-sex or in some cases, both sexes. Around 3.5 percent of American adults — about 11 million people in total — describe themselves as lesbian, gay or bisexual.

“Sex is vital,” says Dr. Papadopoulos. “Even later on [in the relationship], the ability to maintain this sense of feeling needed and feeling connected. The physicality of sex is vital, so this idea that it is just there to ensure that we procreate, I think, isn’t enough. I think it’s a much, much deeper, much more integral part of our humanity.”

TNT takes adventure to a whole new level with this exciting new competition series 72 Hours. Hosted by Brandon Johnson (Disney’s Shake it Up). 72 Hours premiered Thursday, June 6, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT), 72 Hours dropped competing teams of strangers into the wilderness, leaving them with only a single bottle of water and a GPS tracking device as their guide (think geo caching). The teams had just three days to form strategic bonds, hike across treacherous terrain, battle the elements and make difficult survival choices, all in a quest to be the first to find a hidden briefcase full of $100,000 cash.

Every episode of 72 Hours opens with three new teams comprised of three strangers who must traverse through a variety of challenging environments – jungle, mountain, desert, etc. – in search for a briefcase filled with money. The teams will consist of three competitors from diverse backgrounds, such as a fireman, a tattoo artist, a kickboxing instructor, or a civil engineer. Each team member brings his/her own unique survival skills, personalities and motivations to the competition.

Competitors navigate a wide variety of terrains, including the lush Hawaiian islands, the mountainous Southern Rockies, the breathtaking canyons of the American Southwest, the jungles of the South Pacific, the majestic Wasaya Islands in Fiji, the jagged coastlines, the lush lagoons of Tasmania and the expansive alpines and forests of New Zealand. Even the most beautiful of these locations has obstacles that the teams must overcome, whether it is insect infestations, suffocating heat, dangerous wildlife, or inclement weather.

The choices the teams make strategically and geographically will be critical to how they finish in the competition. All three members of a team must find the money together in order to win. The first team to locate the briefcase of cash within the three-day timeframe will win the $100,000 cash prize.

Nick will sell you an assault rifle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in Arizona. In a Southern town, Steve has what law enforcement believes to be synthetic marijuana for purchase at his smoke shop. For around $100 in cash, “Karen” in North Carolina will sell you sex however you like it. All three are seemingly everyday Americans, but their lives and livelihoods fuel national headlines and regularly stir impassioned political debate.

National Geographic Channel teams with investigative journalists Mariana van Zeller (@MarianaVZ) and Darren Foster (@darren_foster) to take viewers Inside: Secret America, a new series that infiltrates the nation’s most controversial subcultures, premiering Wednesday, July 10, at 10:00 PM ET/PT.

Using advanced surveillance techniques and hidden camera technology, van Zeller and Foster go undercover, assuming different identities and diving deeper into these often dangerous worlds. They hit the streets with experts in the field — members of local law enforcement, criminals willing to cooperate and victims with firsthand experience — to gather intelligence, plot out their covert strategy and assess the obstacles that lie ahead of them.

A Peabody Award-winning journalist and correspondent for National Geographic’s “Explorer” series, van Zeller slowly integrates into the underground worlds she is examining. Along with her husband and professional partner Foster, also a Peabody Award-winning producer and director, the pair approaches covert work with caution. “It’s always really tense when you’re going undercover,” says van Zeller. “Just the fact that I know I’m recording my subjects and they don’t. No matter how many times you do it, it’s just really nerve-wracking.”

Van Zeller and Foster obtain exclusive access to the people who drive these clandestine industries. In Louisiana, they track down a chemist who agrees to talk as long as his identity is kept secret. He makes synthetic marijuana out of his house, and gives them a full demonstration of how he manufactures his own special blend. In Arizona, they enlist the help of a private investigator and former police officer to purchase an AK-47 assault rifle and a .50 caliber sniper rifle — two of the most powerful firearms available — from private sellers who placed ads on the Internet. After the transaction, one of the sellers comments, “You have a lot of firepower to start your own war.”

Outside of Charlotte, N.C., van Zeller and Foster witness the very real presence of sex slavery in the United States and join anti-trafficking activists who are attempting to assist an often-hidden population. Pimps are the driving force behind sex trafficking, and while they make all of the profits they face little of the risk. The women, often coerced into the sex trade at an early age, must face the risks and dangers alone.

Van Zeller and Foster also meet with undercover animal activists who lead hidden camera exposés that have resulted in increased scrutiny of slaughterhouses, farms and research labs. They also interview an executive who feels that the industry is being unfairly portrayed by animal rights groups and discusses the mounting legal counterattacks to have covert activism criminalized.

Family visitors have included her grandmother, Katherine Jackson, brother Prince, and biological mother, Debbie Rowe. On Thursday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff ordered a review into the “health, education and welfare” of Michael Jackson’s only daughter.

It was Beckloff, a probate court judge, who had approved Katherine Jackson and Paris’ cousin, TJ Jackson, as her co-guardians.

Debbie Rowe who is the biological mother of Paris wants to take care of Paris. After Rowe divorced Michael Jackson she gave up custody rights. No word on what she plans on doing now.

ABC’s Lucky 7 is an adaptation of the British series and quiet frankly after seven or so minutes in I was yelling “Give me my remote!”  The beginning was very choppy and a bit hard to follow, that’s never good for a new show.  I know they had to set up the characters, but I felt there was a more organized way to go about it.  On a positive not, the cast of characters do play off one another well.

Seven employees of Gold Star ,a service station in Astoria, Queens, find their lives forever changed after winning a $45 million lottery jackpot after chipping into a lottery pool for months. The kicker is that only five of them actually win!  Everyone knows when people win the lottery relationships change and conflict ensues.   In all honesty, Lucky 7 might need more than Steven Spielberg’s name attached to make this one a winner for ABC!

According to court documents obtained by Radar Gunvalson’s fifty-fifty partner in Vicki’s Vodka is suing The Real Housewives of Orange County star for at least $250,000.  Robert Williamson III, a Las Vegas professional poker player partnered with and put up the bulk share of the investment to bring Vicki’s Vodka to life.  In the lawsuit Williamson alleges Gunvalson, 51, breached contract, committed fraud, failed to live up to good faith dealings, misrepresented herself and conspired to unjustly enrich herself and current boyfriend Brooks Ayers, he is named as a co-defendant in the suit.

It’s claimed Gunvalson gifted 16.67 percent of a business, named Vicki’s Vodka, which was started in 2012, to Ayers without the knowledge of her business partner Williamson.

Ayers then sold it to Williamson in an act of fraud, it’s alleged.

“He claimed to need the money for unpaid IRS and child support obligations in order to prevent his imminently going to jail for non-payment,” the lawsuit says.

“An agreement was reached, while RW III [Williamson] was in Clark County, Nevada, for the purchase of Brooks’ interest for the sum of $50,000.00 which is memorialized in writing in an agreement dated March 6, 2013.”

TVFishbowl has learned this morning that the $50,000.00 was allegedly used to payoff credit card debt, I guess the IRS and child support obligations aren’t a priority.  Oh wait, hasn’t Brooks claimed to several news sources that he owes no back child support?

Allegedly, Brooks and Vicki used the sale as a way to obtain additional money from Williamson without the intending to honor their agreement.  The lawsuit further alleges that Vicki approached Williamson demanding that he return the 16.67 percent of the business, so that they were once gain fifty-fifty partners.  Essentially, this means that Williamson just gave Brooks $50,000 out of the goodness of his heart and would remain a fifty-fifty partner in Vicki’s Vodka with Gunvalson.  Does this make sense to you?  Nope it doesn’t make sense to me either. 

Williamson alleges in his lawsuit that he invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in Vicki’s Vodka based of representations, agreements and promises made to him by Ayers and Gunvalson.  Wait was Brooks a partner in the business originally, I’m so confused.  Why would Williamson be negotiating with Brooks if he wasn’t a party to the business?  The court documents allege that Vicki promised to negotiate the placement of Vicki’s Vodka in her season eight contract as well as make an appearance as the bartender on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live.

Apparently this has been going on for some time and Williamson has been running his mouth about he considered to be fraudulent dealings with Vicki and Brooks.  Williamson claims that he was served with a cease and desist letter by Gunvalson and shortly afterward Vicki became non-cooperative in trying to make the business a success.

Williamson is suing Vicki to the tune of  hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages, interest and attorneys fees.  What do you think, was Vicki scammed by Brooks or was she in on scamming Williamson from the beginning?  Sound off in the comments with your thoughts.

ABC’s WhoDunnit? looks as if it will be a big summer hit!  I’m surprised to see myself typing those words.  When ABC first announced the Reality TV murder mystery my first thought was oh no, we have another The Mole on our hands.  I have to be honest The Mole never held my interest, but after watching the screener for WhoDunnit I’m left wanting more! 

WhoDunnit? is less like The Mole and more along the lines of the classic board game Clue where the eventual winner will be handed a check for a quarter of a million dollars, yep $250,000!  It is fun and suspenseful, the play-along elements leave you guessing at every turn.  Who is the “murderer” and who is the next to die?

Anthony E. Zuiker, the creator of the “CSI” franchise and his partner Cris Abrego bring us this suspenseful nine-episode summer reality series, which puts 13 contestants’ investigative skills to the test in the new murder mystery reality competition.  The contestants live in and play the game from Rue Manor and one of them is the killer!  

The host Butler Giles, (Gildart Jackson), guides the contestants through all the events of the game.  Each episode will see a new “murder” happen.  Contestants choose to enter one of several rooms to search for clues as to how and why the “murder” was committed.  Throughout the show additional information is given in the form of clues presented via puzzles, the contestants can share information with one another or not.  The kicker is they do not have to be truthful.  Watching the pilot you see the contestants start to distrust one another and plant seeds of doubt among players about other contestants.

At the end of the day each guest will privately make an accusation in the study as to how the “murder” was committed and who they think killer is.  During dinner that evening each guest will receive an envelope, those who did the best will be marked “Spared” and live to play the game.  Those who did not do so well will be marked “Scared,” and are up to be “murdered”.   That night, while everyone is asleep or otherwise preoccupied, the killer will “murder” one of the “Scared” players.  Obviously the “murdered” person is out of the game, and the new “murder” is basis for next episode.  

The method of “murder”, the attention to detail and they special effects are nothing short of spectacular!  Zuiker has definitely outdone himself, although I was a little disappointed that he did not treat the viewer to some of the eye-popping special effect used on the CSI franchises.  Seriously that is my only complaint, I wanted, or was expecting some Spartacus like over the top special effects.

During the first episode we see  the “murder” victim with glass stuck in their face, what looks to be a musket ball in the back of their neck, and we see the body fry by electrocution. At the end of the episode we see one of the “Scared” spontaneously combust, which sets up the “murder” to be investigated in the next episode.  

One thing I was not expecting was how involved I became in trying to figure out WhoDunnit?, I was on the edge of my seat, had my suspects all neatly lined up and had I been a contestant I would have been one of the “Scared!”  Guess I will stick to my day job.

My hat is off to Zuiker and Abrego, they suck you right into the action of the unscripted reality murder mystery that is WhoDunnit?!  The cast play their roles well, the contestants are for the most part likable, you know there are always one or two who get on your ever-loving last nerve.   WhoDunnit? is in my opinion, an exciting and suspenseful way to spend an hour each week.  You can’t ask for more than that in a reality series!

It is the same thing every year, several “corner office” accounts pop-up on Twitter and start tweeting out Big Brother rumors. Here’s your Big Brother 15 rumor round-up for the week.

1. Previous contestants from Survivor and The Amazing Race will be house guests. Well considering that CBS has stated that all the house guests are new, I guess technically they would be new to the Big Brother house. Who would you like to see from Survivor or The Amazing Race in the Big Brother house?
2. Along the Survivor and The Amazing Race lines is another rumor stating that house guests were selected from castings for both shows. This wouldn’t surprise me in the least. It is no secret that reality shows often scour nightclubs, malls, YouTube and other locations for potential contestants. Why not cherry pick hopefuls from other shows that might be a better fit for Big Brother?
3. The age range of the house guests will be 18-70. Well we can pretty much call BS on this one right now, to be on Big Brother one must be 21 years of age or older.
4. There is going to be a mother and son team that is unknown to the other house guests. I can see this happening, but I do not see it being a reality. Mothers tend to dote on their sons, so this secret would be exposed way too easily.
5. Let us not forget the lesbian couple. Now this would be fantastic and probably very easy to pull off. Although knowing how casting likes stereotypes….
6. Nine jury members, it’s a possibility, but I would say highly unlikely.
7. Not all houseguest will be revealed during the season premier, they will come in throughout the season, some after the first eviction and one will possibly be an intruder.

A live action film will be produced by Warner Bros. on the characters of the 72-year-old comic strip. Directing will be Jason Moore, who recently oversaw the 2012 high school musical comedy “Pitch Perfect.” “Glee” writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is penning the script.

Aguirre-Sacasa was quoted in interviews as saying the present-day film will be “a quintessential teen movie.”

“The idea for this is to capture a very truthful, authentic coming-of-age story with these kids that includes heartache, that includes pain, that will obviously temper the fun and the hijinks,” said Aguirre-Sacasa. “It’s going to be a fun – hopefully – summer movie, but we’re not shying away from the truth and the awkwardness and the growing pains of being a teenager.”

The Archie Comics, founded by John L. Goldwater, were always a quaint, sunny picture of small town teen life. So updating the characters for today’s young moviegoers could pose challenges for the filmmakers.

The Archie comics have previously spawned several animated TV series since the 1960s. In 1990, NBC aired the TV film “Archie: To Riverdale and Back Again.”

“There are parts of the story that I think people will be surprised how dark and real it gets,” says Aguirre-Sacasa.

Aguirre-Sacasa, who’s also a playwright and Marvel Comics writer, has an interesting past with Archie Comics. One of his first plays, originally titled “Archie’s Weird Fantasy,” was about Archie coming out of the closet. Once legal action was threatened, the title was changed to “Weird Comic Book Fantasy” with the characters’ names changed as well.

Aguirre-Sacasa is now on friendlier terms with Archie Comics and actually is also writing a zombie series titled, “Afterlife With Archie.”

For this reason, thoughts have been raised that the film will include a supernatural element, but Aguirre-Sacasa dispels that notion: “It won’t be `Archie and the Walking Dead,’” he says.

He’s currently in the process of writing the script. No start date has yet been scheduled for production.

Syfy announced today that Warehouse 13, the Emmy Award-nominated, long-running hit series, will commence production on its fifth and final season June 24th in Toronto.

The six all-new episodes of Season 5 will premiere in 2014.

Said Warehouse 13 show runner and executive producer Jack Kenny “Warehouse 13 has been my dream job these past four years. These last six episodes will be a gift from my brilliant writing staff and the best cast and crew in television to our amazingly loyal fans. I’m thrilled that we can build the climax of our Warehouse tale to a satisfying conclusion.”

Season 4 of Warehouse 13 is currently airing Mondays at 10PM (ET/PT) following the new hit series Defiance, which airs at 9PM.

Warehouse 13 follows a team of government agents who work at a massive, top-secret storage facility in windswept South Dakota, which houses every strange artifact, mysterious relic, fantastical object and preternatural souvenir ever collected by the U.S. government. The Warehouse’s caretaker Artie Nielsen (Saul Rubinek) charges Pete Lattimer (Eddie McClintock), Myka Bering (Joanne Kelly), Claudia Donovan (Allison Scagliotti) and Steve Jinks (Aaron Ashmore) with chasing down reports of supernatural and paranormal activity in search of new objects to cache at the Warehouse, as well as helping him control the Warehouse itself.

A family friends tells TVFishbowl that Michael Jackson’s 15-year-old Paris Jackson, reportedly revealed recently that’s she’s been the target of bullies at school, and that the teenager has been feeling “like an outsider” as she struggled to fit in.

“She has been complaining recently about feeling bullied at school,” the friend says. “She does not have very many true friends there, and she doesn’t feel like she really fits in there.”

The friend adds that Paris also seemed to have trouble connecting with other teens who shared her passions.

“She’s very creatively minded and felt like an outsider,” we’re told. “She hasn’t been feeling very happy there at all.”

Paris was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital at around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday for a possible overdose and with purported cuts on her wrists, hours after posting a series of cryptic tweets hinting at her emotional turmoil.

In a statement, an attorney for Paris’ grandmother, Katherine Jackson, said that the teen was “physically fine” and is getting “appropriate medical attention.” Paris’ family members have also come together to provide her with the support network she needs.

“We are grateful and appreciate the overwhelming concern for Paris from both the public and the media,” LaToya Jackson said in a statement “but request privacy at this time while our family handles these issues together.”
