So news hit the fan Friday when it was reported that Adrienne Maloof was a no-show for the Season 3 reunion of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The rumors began immediately that Adrienne’s stint as a Real Housewife was done.
Adrienne has tweeted her confirmation, she is done with the show. She thanked her fans, said the show has been a wonderful platform and directed everyone to stay tuned. She was even gracious enough to post a link to her personal website.
Of course now the questions are swirling, did Adrienne quite or was she fired? Sources are confirming that the show’s producers were sick of Adrienne’s habitual lateness to shooting and her many “complex” issues. One has to wonder if the threat of a lawsuit is considered a complex issue. However, Adrienne’s camp is singing a very different song. Their story is, Adrienne quit and producers were begging her to continue the show up until the last-minute.
With Adrienne’s character on full display, it’s not hard to imagine what side viewers are believing is true.
Now the story is getting even more bizarre, it’s being reported that Adrienne and Camille Grammar have staged a boycott of sorts. Women considering being a part of the show are being advised by big name lawyers and managers to not do the show. One reason being given are that cast-mates are allowed to say anything on the show with no repercussions.
Would Adrienne Maloof stoop to that level?
Adrienne has blamed Brandi for the demise of her marriage and is now throwing in other cast-mates are part of the reason her marriage failed.
Camille Grammar has flatly denied she is part of a boycott.
TMZ caught up with Lisa Vanderpump and she gave her point of view here. Lisa flatly stated that Adrienne and Camille are responsible for their own image and if it has suffered it’s no one’s fault but their own.
Gotta love Lisa.
What’s your thoughts? Is Adrienne a victim with no responsibility or is she responsible for her own image?

Speaking of the couple of past RHONY seasons, Alex McCord gives her two cents about RHOBH on a vlog on Celebuzz. Bottom line? She is not happy with producers. In Jersey, the stories keep leaking out and the same stories can change from day-to-day. The news that Melissa and Joe Gorga had a sit down with Penny Drossos has lips moving. As most know, Penny was the one to orchestrate Stripper-gate that ended last season. It’s no secret, Penny despised Melissa’s wholesome housewife act and even more so her actions that were harming Melissa’s sister-in-law, Teresa. Penny felt that she had information that could even the playing field between the sister in-laws. Sources explain, Joe wanted to ask Penny if Teresa was the one pumping for that information. Melissa and Joe wasted no time in letting Penny know that Teresa allegedly talks negatively about Penny and that Penny was on the wrong side. We can hope Penny continues to use her common sense and doesn’t fall into this trap. The meeting is rumored to have ended on a good note with Penny declaring she will be civil to the Gorga’s and Teresa.
Speaking of Melissa Gorga, there is not another housewife in the history of Real Housewives, that has had so many skeletons and incidents from her past come to the present. So far, with the help of editing, Melissa has been successful in deflecting off of each issue and putting the focus on Teresa. Melissa is a master at playing the victim and claiming Teresa is out to hurt her. Regardless, one has to wonder how long this tactic can work and Melissa may realize that as well. Reports are that a reconciliation has occurred and Melissa and Teresa have forgiven each other. My source has confided, Bravo believes viewers want to see a reconciliation and that is what they are going to get. If viewers are expecting to see a genuine reconciliation, they may be disappointed. Production is on the fence whether they should let Melissa’s past come out and Melissa face consequences or if they should paint Teresa as the reason Melissa’s past came out and make her the bad guy another season.
What would you like to see? I’m guessing the truth is too much to ask for with Bravo.
