Chef CJ Jacobsen (Top Chef, Seasons 3 and 10) shows you another way to open a pomegranate like a Top Chef. Chef CJ de-seeds the pomegranate like a pro, unfortunately I can’t say the same for Chef John Tesar (Top Chef, Season 10), who beats the shit out of his pomegranate.
