ok..I had to use THAT picture from the ‘play wedding’, if nothing more than for our amusement.
However, there was a ‘real wedding’ recently.
Many of us watched it, many also avoided it. But, face it…it’s almost impossible to not look whenever Brenchel pops up
somewhere. And they did, on WE’s My Fair Wedding with David Tutera, where we got to watch Big Brother‘s notorious pair, Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas , tie the knot in an over-the-top ceremony planned by David, with many past Big Brother hamsters as guests…and BB12′s Matt Hoffman performing the nuptials. I kid you not.
As a mini-recap, I’ll tell you the episode was entertaining, in that we kept waiting for the Rachel drama, the kind we came to expect in each of her Big Brother seasons. And boy did we get that and more. Yes, her gown was pretty, yes the reception as stunningly done (David did an awesome job putting it all together)..even Rachel’s arrival by helicopter on the roof of the skyscraper was, well, fitting to her grand persona. But the end of the night…the closing scenes…priceless.
Who do we spy under the table…curled up…overly imbibed…sobbing and mumbling … none other than Rachel! There’s no bush this time to crawl under…just one of the reception tables. We hear her wailing that she’s ‘ruined David’s wedding’. (David got married?) It was classic Rachel, thank you Champagne..or Tequila. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better…in comes Brendon’s sister, (who’s not a tiny wimpy thing), picked Rachel up, hoisted her over her shoulder, and walked out of the reception hall…like a linebacker carrying away an opponent. Epic.

I’ve included two deleted scenes from the episode.
The first is of Rachel and the helicopter, when she first realized it was for her.
The second deleted scene is from the ceremony, with Matt officiating and adding Rachel’s signature line into the vows. We only got to see a quick flash of Matt during the show, so here we actually get to see and hear what ended on the cutting room floor.

I looked for the show but couldn’t find it- think I even had the right channel. You’re so right about Brenchel, it’s just so hard to look away. Funny thing is tho, I kinda “think” I like her, but then I hear her voice, my toes curl & I’m suddenly in a fetal position screaming, “GO AWAY!!!”
