In a bit of shocking news, TVFishbowl has learned that the end of the popular television show HOARDERS on the A&E network is imminent. Fans everywhere are already mourning the loss of the show.
Everyone’s favorite extreme clutter cleaner, Matt Paxton, tweeted; “We have not been picked up.” The show has had a successful 6 season-run and its featured cleaners and doctors have penned books in the process.
Taking to his Facebook, Paxton encouraged viewers to send messages of support for the show to @AETV. One can only hope that the show’s celebrity fans with follow his directive. Kelly Ripa once commented on her popular morning program that she lost an entire night of sleep when A&E aired a HOARDERS marathon. We here at TVFishbowl can commiserate.
For those hoping to hear more from Matt Paxton and HOARDERS can download his podcast, 5 DECISIONS AWAY, on iTunes.

thanks to everyone for their support. Hopefully A&E will listen!
Good day, Mr. Paxton!
I do want to thank you for all the impassioned assistance and support you gave to so many who needed it. I personally love this show because I enjoy seeing something positive for a change; seeing the transformations, the breakthroughs and the promise of healthier, happier lives. It is heartwarming for me and I have, time and again, found myself wishing so many of the hoarders love and peace.
I have also learned that there is help out there for folks who hoard, and it should not be perceived as a dirty secret or even shameful.
I will email AETV to tell them my thoughts and to ask them to please seriously reconsider. This is a very important show.
Kelly,
My friend was featured on a recent Hoarders episode. Her house and life were changed dramatically. She would welcome a chance t0 share her experiences, pro and con,
from her unique perspective of
“the show”. She says, “If `ol Paxton had listened to me in the first place…they wouldn`t be in this mess.” If you would be interested in talking with her, please reply and I will put you in touch. Thanks
You can e-mail me at Ed here on tvfishbowl.com
Elliott and Ed, I would thoroughly enjoy reading this experience. I look forward to it!
Elliott, what are you talking about. Can you write Carly Hall about it?
