Spreading like wildfire in gossip circles today is the tiny tidbit that famous hubby Jason Hoppy has leaked into the universe; That he suspected that Bethenny had “feelings” for a colleague while they were married!
TVFishBowl has learned that not only has this been unofficial cocktail-party talk all about town in NYC, but also that The Examiner reported about it back in May. They printed that Bethenny and her Skinny Girl partner Matt Hesse were seen by patrons at Phillipe Chow’s looking very cozy.
Those darn patrons, they can never keep anything under their lid (thank God).
At the time, they were reported as being seen in each other’s arms while heading to a private dining area. TVFishbowl recalls Hesse being called the “Alpha Male of Skinnygirl” in a feature on the BravoTV website.
What’s more? The unofficial talk at those cocktail parties we mentioned is that he plans to tell-all in proceedings. Buckle up fans, this could get ugly.
This isn’t the first time Mrs. Hoppy has been put under the cheating microscope. In early May, rumors flew that the reality star had hooked up with Jersey Shore‘s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino!
Now it all makes sense about Bethenny wanting the judge to enforce the prenup signed just days before they were married. If Jason can prove infidelity and that the affair with Matt Hesse has been going on since before the marriage it may just be enough to have the prenup ruled invalid!
Kind of makes you wonder what kind of warming up was happening back in the room during the ski tripped featured on Bravo’s Bethenny Every After!

I doubt it! Mike the Situation? Seriously? I don’t believe it’s about cheating, if that’s what Jason is saying, I’ve lost all respect for him.
Really? That is a cheap shot if I ever saw one. To me this is Jason working undercover (who is giving this info to Radar online anyway?) to try to contest the prenup and get a huge chunck of money for only two years of money. I hope Bethenny stands on her ground and carries that prenup until the very end.
Opps, should read for only two years of marriage.
I agree with Mimi re: Mike the Situation – a BIG no-go! But I don’t think Jason would have said that, I really don’t. The other guy? Now that…you never know.
I really had hoped their marriage would work. They seemed so in love and Jason loves Bethenny very much. I hope she continues her therapy because it seems that her problems with her mother and deceased father really hurt her ability to have a good relationship with any man. If it’s true that she is/was having an affair with this Mike guy then it’s totally gross as she was pregnant before her marriage when this affair supposedly started. She shouldn’t have married Jason if she was in love with another man.
The thought of Bethenny or any intelligent woman with Mike the “situation” is so laughable that even if you showed me proof I would deny it existed, lol.
I don’t think Bethenny cheated on Jason. Maybe she was drawn to her partner in frustration after all the bickering with Jason but I would think that is was more friendly shoulder to cry on than anything else.
I think Bethenny and Jason truly loved each other but neither has the emotional maturity to make a marriage work unless they married a person who was exactly like them and these two are polar opposites.
Bethenny still carries too much baggage from her upbringing and Jason is too much of a Mama’s boy always trying to fill the loss of their other son. That made for total incompatibility unless they were in counseling together and apart (not just Bethenny, Jason needed counseling as much as she did, IMO), then maybe their marriage would have made it.
Wish the best for them both and hopefully they will find some common ground to remain civil for the sake of their daughter.
