Jessica’s sister, Ashlee Simpson, is also on the trip with her 4-year-old son and their mom, Tina. Coincidentally, Ashlee and Tina have both experienced recent break-ups. Tina and Joe Simpson are divorcing and Ashlee has split from her boyfriend.
