It’s looking that way! According to the New York Times, Jay Leno will be replaced by Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, and it will be moving back to New York City,where it originated in 1954. Howard Stern has also made his desire to host the show known, but the NBC execs have told varying sources that Fallon is the “…best choice. But nothing is set in stone yet.Nothing is official.”
Requests from NBC for a comment have not been answered, and Leno’s contract remains active through 2014.
