Keeping The Real In Reality, Doron Ofir Casting on Ricki Lake

I squealed when I turned on the television yesterday and saw our Twitter pal, Doron Ofir of Doron Ofir Casting, on Ricki Lake‘s couch. He is the shiznit in the reality casting world, bringing us interesting characters from Jersey Shore and Millionaire Matchmaker, to name a few. 

Doron’s successful because he knows what producers want.  He tells the audience that reality hopefuls need to be authentic, they can’t be who they’re not.  He’s currently casting for a major show on Bravo, Project Los Angeles along with looking for some kick ass Single Dads.   

Robert Galinsky of NY Reality TV school also appeared to give tips on how to break into the market and catch the casting director’s interest in the all important first thirty seconds.
