LeAnn is suing mad at her dentist, Dr. Duane C. McKay, for allegedly messing up her mouth so badly, it is wrecking her career. The dentist performed various procedures on her over the course of three years, which included crowns and veneers. Apparently the singer suffers from TMJ and these treatments were meant to help with that.
In her suit Mrs Rimes is alleging that she has had to undergo multiple root canals, and bone grafting. She also has a temporary bridge and has had to have therapy. She is also claiming the dentist has done more harm than good, due to severe pain and frequent bleeding.
“[My] ability to perform as an artist has been and will continue to significantly compromised until all re-treatment is completed. [I am suffering from] emotional and psychiatric injuries.”
In the malpractice suit, she is asking for damages for physical, emotional, and psychiatric injury of an unspecified amount. Oh, and don’t forget the money for she wants for past and future earnings.

Poppycock. I hope he protected himself with good pre-treatment paperwork and that he counters with a defamation suit.
