Another night of clubbing and an alleged clubbing by Lindsay Lohan last night in New York City. A woman claims she was hit in the face by Lohan during an argument at Manhattan’s Club Avenue. Charged with third-degree assault, Lindsay was arrested at 4 AM and spent four hours in custody.
Ms. Lohan and New York law enforcement are quite familiar with each other. She was the accuser in an alleged assault by a man in a hotel, but charges were dropped. She also escaped charges for clipping a man outside of another Manhattan club with her vehicle.
In her home area of Long Island, the toxic pair of Lindsay and Dina Lohan had an October altercation . “No criminality” was concluded.
The bad news piled on from the west coast today when she charged for a summer accident where she hit a dump truck.
Repercussions now can be the jeopardy of her informal probation in a stolen necklace case.
