I enjoy this series that Lisa does & this one will definitely hit home. My 84 year old mom lives in a Sr. Apt. now, but for awhile I had to stay w/her at her home & then she stayed with us, cuz it wasn’t safe for her to be alone.
It is both an honor and exhausting- from my experience. So many precious moments though, talks of her childhood, sharing things she never would before (she used to get mad at me for dating cholos, yet come to find out, she likes the same kind of guy. But she told me the “problem” was she’d date the leader of a cartel – not a measley (sp) soldier. I was shocked & we both laughed so much. It’s that kind of stuff my siblings didn’t share with her (I do about 95% of help w/her).
Roles reverse, parents lie so you dont know they’re not doing so well, neighbors gossip about the single man & woman holding hands in public! *gasp*
Sorry for writing a book here, but it’s truly an emotional rollercoaster & I’ve learned to cherish every single day I have left with her. I WILL be watching this show- no doubt.

I think it is great as well. I will be watching too. I agree with all you said Jane. Often this is even harder because it falls on one child.
