So, my BeautyArmy box arrived yesterday, and I am thrilled with it! It was jam packed with goodies, and I really feel like I made some great choices this month. I mentioned in my last post that January was BeautyArmy’s One Year Anniversary, so they gave everyone an extra treat, all wrapped up in a pink bow. That was fun to see! So, without further ado, let’s check out the goods!
First of all, I love BeautyArmy’s packaging. The box might be a different color (mine was pink this month) but it’s always lined in CAMO! How cool is that?! Goes right in line with their military theme, and I love it. They always have it wrapped in tissue paper like a Christmas present, their presentation is impeccable. I forgot to take a picture, and I apologize, but they always have little cards with their boxes. The Holiday card read: “Happy Holidays, Gorgeous”. All of their other cards have similarly affirming messages. For these little touches, I truly am appreciative.

I’m really looking forward to trying this! I have a big old jacuzzi tub that I don’t use nearly enough, and frankly, this gives me an excuse. The sample is in this cute little round container with a spreader and the powder and serum that you have to mix. It should be fun.

Me, being the lip gloss fiend that I am, uttered this high-pitched SQUEE, that I’m sure only the neighbor dogs could hear, when I tried this lip gloss on. My friends, it is GORGEOUS. I don’t know why they describe it as a honey color because it is more of a peachy, neutral pink and it is so sheer and divine and the dogs in the neighborhood all hate me now. I can’t forget the slight yummy aroma of mint it has. Have I mentioned I SQUEED? Yes? Sorry.

Ok,when it comes to hair and volume, I’m not bragging, but I’ve got this in the bag. I mean, on a normal day, my hair is HUGE. If you follow me on twitter, you may have seen me compare myself to the lead singer of Whitesnake a time or two. IT IS NOT GOOD. Anywhoo, I love shampoo, it says it smells good, I love for my hair to smell good, so win-win.

This is a gorgeous eye shadow. It is a really pretty peachy color that I think would compliment just about anyone. It has a touch of shimmer that I really like. ( I’m all about glitter) The only thing I DON’T like about it is the loose formula. It’s just messy. When I opened it to swatch it on my hand, it went everywhere. I’m not saying this about this brand exclusively, but about loose mineral makeup in general. The color is so pretty though, it wouldn’t deter me from buying it.

Mark Scanda-Lash Deep Black Hook Up Mascara -FULL SIZE!
I’ve never tried this brand before so I’m excited to see how it works. I have two Mark glosses and I adore them, so the mascara is probably also pretty good. I think it was really generous of BeautyArmy to put this in our box. YOU GUYS ROCK!
