Now that Brody has been ‘let loose’ to work for the CIA, the 3rd if you’re keeping count, can he be trusted? We’ll learn more in the ‘Gettysburg Address‘ episode this Sunday on Showtime. It looks like the pace is picking back up and Brody is going to lead us and the CIA by the nose, watching his every move.

Can Carrie keep her head in all of this? I’m rooting for her to have put the past with Brody to rest and fight for what she’s always stood for: keeping America safe. The woman giving up her job, reputation and passion for a man, an unavailable man, is disheartening and I want Carrie to be different. She tripped up and it cost her dearly. Now is not the time to think with anything below the neck.
She rocked it last week. The interrogation was awesome. I don’t think Brody told all, but he did let some of the air out of the balloon. That wouldn’t have been possible without Carrie’s skilled techniques.
Brody’s Marine comrades are now looking into what really happened to him in captivity and who killed Walker.
The sidebar plot with Dana and Finn has to be part of a larger story. Outcomes can be Finn shutting Dana out to the point that the Veep turns against Brody, Dana going to the police or telling someone about what happened that night, which leads to Brody using the knowledge of the hit-and-run over Holden’s head.
This is all speculation, not spoilers.
Homeland is still a cat and mouse game. Who’s the mole? What is Nasir’s plan? Is Brody going for the quadruple turn?
Keep it coming.
