Survivor Cagayan premieres February 26, 2014 on CBS. The Aparri tribe is one of three tribes competing this season, Appari represents “Brawn” as part of the season’s twist pitting brawn, brains, and beauty; against one another.
The members of Aparri include Tony Vlachos, a 39-year-old police officer, Tony is one of my early pre-season favorties along with Sarah Lacina, a 29-year-old police officer if these two can keep being cops under wraps and work silently together I think they have a great chance of making it to the finals. Another possible early favorite for me, I’m still on the fence is Yung Woo Hwang, a 29-year-old martial arts instructor. Yung comes across a little cocky in his “Meet the Cast” videos on CBS’ YouTube channel. I’ll have to see Yung in action during the season premier. The rest of this tribe didn’t impress me at all, they are Trish Hegarty, a 48-year-old Pilates trainer, Lindsey Ogle Jones, a 29-year-old hairstylist, and Cliff Robinson, a 46-year-old former NBA player.
Aparri should have the physical advantage in challenges due to their “Brawn,” but as we all know it takes more than strength to win at Survivor! Will their “Brawn” be enough to keep their numbers up and give Aparri the overall advantage in challenges?
