Oh Faye Resnick do you really think we believe the bullshit you’re putting out about quitting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Seriously the show has ruined your life? How exactly did the show ruin your life in ways your past as a morally corrupt coke whore didn’t?
Things with you haven’t changed much since the murder of Nicole Brown-Simpson in 1994, you’re still capable of creating great spin. Back then you ALLEGED to be best friends with Nicole Brown-Simpson, but according to Lou Brown, Nicole’s father, the family knew you, but you weren’t as close a friend as you like to claim.
Brown said the family knew Resnick, 37, but “she wasn’t that close to Nicole. She was a girl in need. Nicole was a giving person. This girl had a drug problem. She (Nicole) took her in for a couple of weeks, then she (Resnick) was gone.
“I don’t know where she got all of her misinformation, but it’s not anything we can confirm. And Nicole is not here to defend herself,” he said. (source LATimes October, 1994)
Another friend of Nicole’s has this to say in the same LATimes article:
“As Nicole always used to say, Faye’s a drama queen,” inveighed one friend in an interview prior to the book’s publication. “I mean, she only really knew Nicole for, like, a year. . . . Faye is just desperate for money. She’s a jet-setter, you know.” (source LATimes October, 1994)
Much in the way you spun your great friendship with Nicole, you attempted to spin the story about Brandi shagging some dude in the bathroom during Kyle’s white party. It turns out you never entered the bathroom, according to Lisa Vanderpump “I was the one who knocked on the door, opened it as they were all gossiping outside at the party. Yes she was having a good old snog as we say in England.” Brandi was playing tonsil hockey with her dude, nothing more. (source March 19, 2013 Bravo Blog)
Hey Faye where did all the money you wanted to set aside money for a college fund for Nicole Brown’s two children go? Now I know you claimed in an October 1995 Los Angeles Times article that you were “rebuffed by Nicole Simpson’s parents, she says; instead, she and her publisher, Dove Books, donated $10,000 to the Nicole Brown Foundation.” By conservative estimates the book earned over $12 million on pre-sales alone (750,000 orders), and all you could find it in your heart donate to the foundation named after your “best friend” was $10,000? Where did the promised 10% of book royalties go? Bank of Faye Resnick anyone?
There was nothing and no one stopping you from opening up a college trust fund for Sydney and Justin Simpson. Being rebuffed by the family as you claim was the perfect excuse for you to keep the windfall of profits you earned off the murder of a daughter, sister, friend, wife and mother. Along with the royalties from that conservative estimate of $12 million, you also raked-in $140,000 from interviews and another $100,000 for being a commentator on 10 segments of TV’s “Hard Copy.” That combined extra $240,000 would have provided a very nice education for Sydney and Justin. Sydney was 9-years-old and Justin 6-years-old at the time of Nicole’s murder, do you know how much interest the kids would have earned on their $120,000 college trusts if you would have followed through on your promise to America to take care of Nicole’s kids?
This isn’t the first time Faye has tried to run and hide from the spotlight after receiving negative press, Daniel DiCriscio the celebrity stylist that slammed Faye a few weeks ago has released a new statement:
Reminiscing back, I remember how Faye would tell me on more than one occasion how she didn’t want to be in the spotlight anymore after doing Playboy. When I was at her house, after the Playboy run, she told the studios not to contact her anymore and that she didn’t want to be on TV anymore. I guess she’s had a change of heart.
When I was involved in the Clinton Scandal for doing Paula Jones’ makeover, she called and tried to strong-arm me and bully me to not use her name in the press. She claimed she wanted to be out of the spotlight and under the radar. She didn’t like it. She gets very paranoid. She played passive aggressive, but after all these years, she obviously wanted it all along.
She has aged, but she hasn’t changed. I know her, she does not like this negative press about her. It does get to her. She’s probably hiding under a table right now. She’ someone who always likes to be in control.
Faye deciding to not appear on future episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is all beginning to make sense, she has lost control. In early seasons it appeared everyone was afraid to take on Faye, now with three cast members (Lisa, Brandi and Yolanda), willing to standup to Faye and call her on her bullshit, the “bullied starlet” has decided to run and hide.
